If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

Lune is a software-as-a-service platform that enables users to generate AI-powered advertising creatives, including images, campaign assets, and related visual content (“Generated Content”) for use in digital marketing campaigns. The Service utilises third-party artificial intelligence models to produce outputs based on user inputs.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
All fees paid are non-refundable, including unused credits or partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law or at the Company's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. We are not required to provide refunds for partially used billing periods or unused features.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Generated Content may inadvertently resemble real persons, brands, trademarks, or copyrighted works — you are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary clearances before publishing.
We make no warranty that Generated Content complies with advertising standards or platform policies of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, or any other platform. The Company shall not be liable for any claims arising from your use of Generated Content.
The Service relies on third-party AI model providers and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of such third parties. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of relevant third-party providers whose services are integrated into the platform. Links or integrations to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement by us.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. You warrant that any personal data in your Input Content has been collected in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public technical, commercial, or operational information about the Service that comes to your knowledge through your use of the platform, and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and fees (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable. We may also modify these Terms at any time — material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are effective from the date you first access the Service and continue until terminated. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice for any breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam. EU consumers may also submit disputes via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.
